Monday to Friday.
Start time at 6:
15pm (4 hour shift).
Evening Shift.
$20 per hour General cleaning/ maintenance of office, classrooms, bathrooms and hallways Sweeping and mopping all floors including small kitchen Experience with stripping floors Cleaning carpets and tile floor daily (shampooing rugs/carpets) Cleaning all windows as well as dusting baseboards and window sills.
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms Replenishing of paper products Removal of any trash and exterior entrance debri Occasional replacement of light bulbs and ceiling tiles Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Follow all health and safety regulations; work professionally with the leadership team and staff Occasional weekend cleanup and maintenance Requirements A minimum of 3-5 years of janitorial/maintenance experience in a school setting Good time management and organizational skills A positive, professional mannerism Ability to work responsibly and independently Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery (Buffer
carpet cleaner) Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Additional in depth screening may be needed to be eligible for hire.
