HEAD, PLANNING AND EXECUTION GROUP, GLOBAL BIOMETRIC SCIENCES
Head of a 24 person group, that manages 3-4 P&E Managers Reports to the VP- GBS Responsibilities include - - driving the performance of the P&E organization across all development programs (Early and Late) - Informing the GBS VP of risks to GBS operational deliveries and providing solutions - Partner with the GBS Business Ops Lead and Vendor manager with regards to performance of outsourcing vendors - Partner with GBS TA Heads on coaching GBS teams to success - Idendify and advocate for continuous improvement opportunties -develop managers that inable the success of the GBS organization - attract, develop and facilitate retention of GBS talent Qualifications 15 or more years of development experience - at least 5 years of managing managers of people -strong stakeholder management skills, experienced with interacting with senior executives - established communication and matrix leadership skills - expericed in clinical development activities Bristol-Myers Squibb is an equal opportunity employer - Vet/Disability - 1501706.
