Business Support Associate/Purchasing Coordinator

Purchasing Coordinator/Business Support Associate ? Hopewell, NJ
Long term contract position with Kelly OCG (Outsource Consulting Group) onsite at Johnson and Johnson. You will receive full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid vacation, Holidays, sick time, and 401k, etc.
Rate: $24/hr
Initial Training for this role will be held in Springhouse, PA
+ Process purchase requisitions and place purchase orders (expense & capital) with selected suppliers.
+ Receive purchase information from Buyer -Planner, Product Development teams, RDL and Calibration teams etc.
+ Utilize the Ariba (eMP) purchasing system to process requests for purchase orders.
+ Systems Compatibility issues. Trouble shoot and work directly with the Supplier Management group on issues regarding commodity codes, suppliers on CASL, but not showing up in Ariba, reactivating suppliers that are active in ARAVO but not in Ariba. Systems issues, training and guidance.
+ Sending out copies of all purchase orders to the Buyer and requestors in a timely manner.
+ Receive purchase information from Product Development team and the R&D Buyer Planners.
+ Purchased items may include services, prototype components, sample raw materials, tools and catalog supplies.
+ Check order status, modify quantities or due dates, receive and deliver products to team members.
+ Working with the Vision database to better assist the buyers with monitoring spend for each R&D project. Reports will be generated to determine what PO?s still have money left on the purchase order and work directly with the supplier to have them invoice accordingly in order to utilize the spend
Requirements :
+ Associates or Bachelor?s degree in Finance or Supply Chain, or equivalent years of experience in a related field required.
+ 2-5+ years of experience in a procurement, and/or finance.
+ Previous-2-4 years, experience working with the ERP platform, SAP required.
+ Previous experience working with eMarketplace software strongly preferred.
+ Previous experience working with external vendors or suppliers, ordering parts and/or services and utilizing a procurement system (preferably Ariba (eMP) or ARAVO) preferred.
+ Microsoft Office experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, macros) required and must have technical skills and be willing to easily learn new systems.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
